Request Registration for a Pearson VUE Exam

Steps to request registration:

1. Fill out this short form and submit (below).

2. Wait to receive an email or phone call from a La Puerta Testing Center staff member to complete the exam registration. If you don’t receive an email, please call 254-301-4062 to follow up.

3. Exam date/time will be scheduled and confirmed by the staff member along with payment information.
